Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Refunds follow Stripe and applicable consumer law.
Do not reverse engineer, resell, scrape, or use the service to provide a competing service. Do not upload identifiable patient data.
Content, code, and trademarks belong to MATERIA or its licensors. Personal, internal clinical use is permitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MATERIA is not liable for clinical outcomes, indirect damages, or lost profits arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the platform.
